Donations

As you casually stroll down the information super highway, on a whim, you decide to take an off ramp to see a site; a town to which you have never seen before, but had heard about through rumor.

After visiting the library, reading about the town's culture, and experiencing some of the art at the museum, a lone figure in the road whom you did not see before draws your attention:

You see a monk, who is very willing to speak with you as a friend; to share his philosophies, and tell you about his travels, and experiences.

He rings his prayer bell, trying not to be annoying, but to draw attention that this town, unfortunately, costs money to stay in, and there are fees in upkeeping the shrine, in which you have seen works of art, and read travel writings. The monk is involved in many volunteer projects, beside his artistic and philosophy teaching endeavors, such as building PermaCultures, organic farming, and sustainable renewable energy such a Bio-Diesel projects, in which the work is hard, the honor involved is great, but the pay is little, if any.

He asks, humbly, for a donation.

The monk informs you that the donation need not be monetary. In his quest, he is always looking for places of lodging, transportation, and healthy food to sustain him. He is looking for a lawyer to represent him in a country who's legal system is greatly biased towards those with higher fianances. Also, of great value, would be a ticket to Burning Man 2007.

That okay, he says with a smile. He has been there many, many times himself. Sometimes the best donation is a kind word, positive feedback, or even a guess to the riddle of Ergoat, which can be emailed to ergoat@ergoat.com

But if you do have some coins to spare...

What do you do?
